You might have a virus. Create a batch file with the below details

Open the computer registry and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Internet Settings > Zones

Zones you should see 5 Zones

0 Computer (not shown in IE by default)

1 Internet

2 Local Intranet

3Trusted Sites

4 Restricted Sites

Delete other entries Restart your Computer

You should be okay now
